During the seven days after the package has been received, the buyer can return the product to digital-dive.de. The product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. The buyer must inform by e-mail that he wants to return the product, so that the best delivery procedure can be arranged otherwise it will have to assume the incurred additional costs.

In case of the following situations:

  • The product is the wrong size

  • We sent you the wrong product

  • The product is faulty

digital-dive.de will pay the shipping costs incurred for the exchange or return. In any other case, digital-dive.de does not assume these costs and they will be charged to the customer.
