In order to enjoy this hobby stress-free, it is essential to choose a good and easy to use as well as reliable equipment - very often you don't get a second chance for the desired photo! We have therefore deliberately chosen only products from well-known manufacturers such as Ikelite, Inon, Nauticam, Mangrove, ULCS, Sea&Sea. You will look in vain for cheap imports from the Far East - we were not convinced by the quality offered. We only offer products that we are convinced of and would use ourselves.
    We have been working with most of the manufacturers for more than 10 years and therefore know the offered quality and service. A matter of course for us - the service after the purchase! - also gladly on weekends by email via info@digital-dive.de.

During the seven days after the package has been received, the buyer can return the product to digital-dive.de. The product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. The buyer must inform by e-mail that he wants to return the product, so that the best delivery procedure can be arranged otherwise it will have to assume the incurred additional costs.

In case of the following situations:

  • The product is the wrong size

  • We sent you the wrong product

  • The product is faulty

digital-dive.de will pay the shipping costs incurred for the exchange or return. In any other case, digital-dive.de does not assume these costs and they will be charged to the customer.
